Microsoft consider that the development of features to improve accessibility is a priority, in order to make the work and study environment more inclusive. To that end, there are many useful features to make applications more accessible both to you and others.

There are different accessibility features in different versions of each application. The 2019 desktop applications are mainly referred to in the videos. The web versions of applications accessible via office.com are more feature rich than the 2016 desktop applications.
