Calling us, Office 365 and remote working advice

We continue to support the University during the suspension of face-to-face teaching and closure of non-essential facilities on campus, however we are operating a call back service between 8am and 5pm weekdays due to volume of calls. Please submit your requests via the IT Support Portal, or guest portal if you are unable to log in and we'll call you back if you want us to.

We're also starting to move some of our colleagues over to Microsoft Office 365. Please note that this is a gradual process and you may receive it at a different time to your colleagues. If you've received an email from our End User Computing team (euc@manchester.ac.uk) to confirm your transfer date, read the Office 365 guides and resources page.
