Mobile telephony services

This service involves the purchase and administration of all University mobile phones and SIM cards. Mobile network connectivity and all handsets are provided through Vodafone with a number of products and tariffs available.

Eligibility

All members of University staff are eligible to use this service upon request and provision of funds.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We aim to respond to service requests within one working day and to resolve your query/request within ten working days. If your request is considered to be a priority when triaged by our IT Support Centre, the response time will be adjusted accordingly.

Availability

This service is available 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
