This service provides devices with university configuration which has a standard set of applications set up and maintained in the background using automated processes run by IT Services. Additional applications which have been packaged are available for through the software distribution service. The services includes support with software, security, permissions and more to make sure you have access to the things you need, securely.

Eligibility

All members of University staff and students are eligible to use this service.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We aim to respond to service requests within one working day and to resolve your query/request within ten working days. If your request is considered to be a priority when triaged by our IT Support Centre, the response time will be adjusted accordingly.

Availability

This service is available 24/7 subject to device availability.

8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
