Access via other programs
This section of the site contains set up guides for a variety of popular email programs grouped by operating system. Not all of these guides are supported and are provided on an informational basis only.

Outlook (O365) on the web
You can access your University email account using a web browser. Just log in at outlook.com/manchester.ac.uk.
Microsoft Windows programs
The following programs connect direct to your University mailbox and offer full email and calendar functionality:

- Mozilla Thunderbird
Apple Mac programs
The following programs can connect natively to your University mailbox providing both email and calendar access:
- Microsoft Outlook
