Our organisation
The Directorate of IT Services is currently made up of five areas:
- Engineering
- Product and Service Management
- Strategy, Architecture and Support
- Teaching and Learning IT
- Research IT
During 2023 we will be expanding this to seven areas and creating some additional roles. Our new areas will be referred to as divisions and be as follows:
- Applications, Data and Strategy
- Information Security, Identity and Access Management (led by the new position of Chief Information Security Officer)
- Directorate Services (led by the new position of Associate Director - Governance, Risk, Compliance and Administration)
- Research IT
- IT Service Management
- Teaching, Learning and Students IT
- Technology

Partnership and engagement
A number of colleagues are collectively responsible for working with the different parts of the University to support business outcomes.
