Our organisation

The Directorate of IT Services is currently made up of five areas:

  • Engineering
  • Product and Service Management
  • Strategy, Architecture and Support
  • Teaching and Learning IT
  • Research IT

During 2023 we will be expanding this to seven areas and creating some additional roles. Our new areas will be referred to as divisions and be as follows:

  • Applications, Data and Strategy
  • Information Security, Identity and Access Management (led by the new position of Chief Information Security Officer)
  • Directorate Services (led by the new position of Associate Director - Governance, Risk, Compliance and Administration)
  • Research IT
  • IT Service Management
  • Teaching, Learning and Students IT
  • Technology

Partnership and engagement

A number of colleagues are collectively responsible for working with the different parts of the University to support business outcomes.
