Service Relationship Managers

Within IT Services we have a team of Service Relationship Managers who are there to help manage engagement related to live services. They regularly meet with colleagues across the University about reporting and the performance of live services. They also have an assurance role in the transition of new or changed services.

Please note that in all cases, issues and incidents must first be reported and escalated to the IT Support Centre.
