Survey tools

We have two supported survey tools:

Qualtrics

Qualtrics is a powerful, simple to use web-based survey tool.

This free to use service provides the capability to create, manage and report on online surveys. QualtricsXM is the University’s preferred survey tool, as recommended by the Information Governance Office (IGO).

REDCap

REDCap is a secure web platform for building and managing online databases and surveys and is suitable for longitudinal studies. REDCap’s streamlined process for rapidly creating and designing projects offers a vast array of tools that can be tailored to virtually any data collection strategy.

• Access REDCap

You need an account to access REDCap. Accounts can be requested by logging into the IT Support Portal, searching for REDCap and completing the appropriate form.
