This service offers the creation of University websites and blogs using supported content management system, with expert advice and guidance always close at hand.

- The creation and modification of digital content using the University’s content management system
- Standardised page layouts and web page elements, known as assets and content types and not for bespoke development
- Setup of groups and role-based access
- Configuration of content approval workflows
Eligibility
All members of University staff are eligible for this service.
Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We aim to respond to service requests within one working day and to resolve your query/request within ten working days. If your request is considered to be a priority when triaged by our IT Support Centre, the response time will be adjusted accordingly.
Availability
This service is available 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
