Email and Calendar
This service offers University staff and students email facilities, including a personal email account and address, scanning for mail viruses and junk messages, and mailing list services.
Microsoft Exchange is the email and calendar service provided to all University staff and postgraduate research (PGR) students. Undergraduate and postgraduate taught students are provided with an Office 365 account, Microsoft’s cloud service which allows access to a variety of information on most types of device.

Eligibility
All members of University staff and students are eligible to use this service subject to PC cluster availability.
Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We aim to respond to service requests within one working day and to resolve your query/request within ten working days. If your request is considered to be a priority when triaged by our IT Support Centre, the response time will be adjusted accordingly.
Availability
This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, availability estimated at 99.9%
Support hours
8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
