Demand management

All requests to IT Services are captured through a consistent, formal route, either through the IT Support Centre for standard service requests, or via a demand management system. All services requested that fall outside of the IT Support Centre's standard remit must be raised as Demand Cards in the demand management system and be approved before they can be worked on, no matter how big or small.
