Strategic Demand Managers

Strategic Demand Managers are focused on the University’s future IT requirements. A key aspect of the role is to engage with colleagues from across the institution, and to develop strategic plans and direction.

Our Strategic Demand Managers help you to express and shape your requirements and guide you through the governance process. They are your first point of contact for new IT work (demand), and are aligned to the University's governance groups.

Once demand has been approved through University and IT governance, it is handed over to the Platform Delivery Managers who take care of the next steps in the process.

Requests for new IT work

Your first point of contact for talking to someone about a request for new strategic IT work is the appropriate Strategic Demand Manager, as listed above. If you don’t know who this would be for your piece of work, contact your IT Strategic Partner in the first instance.
