Strategic Demand Managers

Strategic Demand Managers are focused on the University’s future IT requirements. A key aspect of the role is to engage with colleagues from across the institution, and to develop strategic plans and direction.

Our Strategic Demand Managers are part of the University's Strategic Change Office (SCO). They can help you to express and shape your requirements and guide you through the governance process. They are your first point of contact for new IT work (demand), and are aligned to the University's governance groups.

Your first point of contact for talking to someone about a request for new strategic IT work is the appropriate Strategic Demand Manager. If you are unsure of who that person is or need some general information please contact demand@manchester.ac.uk in the first instance.
