Support Centre

The IT Support Centre provides help and support for University staff and students and aims to quickly resolve any queries. IT support is provided through a number of different channels to allow you to choose a contact method to suit your needs.

Eligibility

All members of University staff and students are eligible to use this service.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We aim to answer your calls within two minutes and resolve 75% of all requests within one working day. Requests that need to be looked at in more detail will receive an initial response within two working days. Urgent requests will be dealt with as quickly as possible.

Availability

IT Support Centre online and phone line available 24/7. Walk-up help and support is available at the Kilburn Building from 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. Availability of 99.7%.
