Our video on demand service can best be thought of as an internal version of YouTube. Users can upload, process and distribute their own videos, however they have been produced.

Eligibility
All members of staff, all students and members of the public such as potential undergraduate students are eligible to use this service.
Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Delivery availability will be ≧99.7%.
Availability
The service is available 24/7.
Support hours
10am – 4pm, Monday to Friday, with coverage for escalation from 8am – 5pm. Excludes closed days for the University and Bank Holidays.
