Firewall
Our firewall checks for threats to our network, only allowing connections confirmed as being safe.
In the first year since our new firewall was introduced (in early 2016) it has blocked more than 95 million threats which had the potential to compromise our data or the devices we use. Some sites could also try to install malicious software, acquire private details or conduct other criminal activities.
However, while our firewall can block many activities; there is no such thing as 100% protection; everyone must always be vigilant.
