Outreach activities

Research IT has a number of outreach mechanisms aimed at all researchers across the University, from PhD students to Professors. Some outreach activities are also aimed at research support staff.

Eligibility

Research staff, research support staff and Postgraduate Research students are eligible to use this service.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We aim to respond to service requests within one working day and to resolve your query/request within ten working days. If your request is considered to be a priority when triaged by our IT Support Centre, the response time will be adjusted accordingly.

Availability

The blog and Twitter are both available to view 24/7.

Support hours

9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
