Device management

This service provides the installation and support of all University end user hardware, whether this is standard, bespoke, new or recycled.

Features

  • Installation and support of end user hardware, including but not limited to, desktops, laptops, tablets, printers and monitors
  • Where applicable, the service ensures all existing peripherals are connected, operational and full network access is available

Eligibility

All members of University staff and students are eligible to use this service, as are guest users.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We aim to respond to service requests within one working day and to resolve your query/request within ten working days. If your request is considered to be a priority when triaged by our IT Support Centre, the response time will be adjusted accordingly.

Availability

This service is available 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
