Help and support
Student IT support is available onsite at Main Library and the Alan Gilbert Learning Commons, and via Library Chat, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
IT support is also available from the IT Support Centre by calling 0161 306 5544 or by raising a ticket in Connect. Our telephone line is available 24/7 and you’ll always get to speak to a person.
