Microsoft OneNote is a tool for free-form information gathering and multi-user collaboration. You can collate notes, drawings, screenshots and audio clips to be shared with other OneNote users.
Microsoft OneNote will allow you to:
- Collaborate with your colleagues on a workbook in real time.
- Password protect your workbooks ensuring any sensitive information is kept secure.
- Record ideas and information on the go using the OneNote mobile application.
- Support your notes with multimedia (text, images, audio, video etc.)
- Integrate your work with other applications including Microsoft Outlook.
OneNote is accessible as a desktop application and as an online version via Office.com. Functionality differs slightly between the two so its worth trying both options.
