If you are seeing a screen asking for a bypass code from your IT help desk, it means you might not have properly registered Duo Mobile on your phone. To fix this, please use the device you originally registered for Duo and open a web browser. Go to iam.manchester.ac.uk. There, you can sign in to the IT Account Manager and Duo Device Management on the 2-factor (Duo) tab and add a new device. Contact us if you need further advice.
