What constitutes sensitive data can be very complex and you simply cannot be expected to be an expert on this.
If you need to decide if some data or information is sensitive or not, common sense may clearly indicate whether it is, but if you are not sure, confirm with your line manager or the Records Management Office.
You are responsible and liable for the data you handle, not your line manager or the University.
