If you need to report an incident or request a minor enhancement this can be done via the IT Support Portal – direct links to the appropriate form are detailed on the SharePoint site.

Eligibility

All members of university staff are eligible to use this service, subject to its standard authorisation.

Availability

Integration systems and services are available 24 hours a day throughout the year.
