The IT Service Desk is here to help you with any questions you might have about IT at The University of Manchester.

Submit an online request, call us 24 hours a day, 365 days a year on 0161 306 5544, or visit one of our walk-up service desks in the Alan Gilbert Learning Commons, Main Library or Joule Library.

You will be given a reference number to track the progress of your request.

We aim to answer your telephone calls within 2 minutes and resolve 75% of all requests within 1 working day. Requests needing to be looked at in more detail will receive an informative response within 2 working days. Urgent requests will be dealt with as quickly as possible.
