Welcome to the IT Service Desk. The Service Desk is designed to help you with any problem you are having using IT at the University of Manchester.
The Knowledge Base is your 24/7 interface for your IT help and support requirements.
Please use the Knowledge Base link below to find the solution to your query, send details of your problem to the Service Desk or to submit a service request online.

Contacting the Service Desk
You can contact the Service Desk via our online Knowledge Base and report any IT failure or submit a service request. You can call the Service Desk on:

Opening hours are:
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Walk Up Service Desks
There are two locations where you can visit the IT Service Desk:
- The John Rylands Library (Building 55) at the top of the escalator in the Blue 1 area
- The Joule Library in the Sackville Street Building (Building 1). The Library entrance is on the E floor.
