Document and file management

This service provides customers with the function to collaborate and store data in a centrally-provided and managed facility. There are two main tools available to support this service, Shared Areas and Microsoft SharePoint.

Eligibility

All members of University staff are eligible to use this service.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We aim to respond to service requests within one working day and to resolve your query/request within ten working days. If your request is considered to be a priority when triaged by our IT Support Centre, the response time will be adjusted accordingly.

Availability

This service is available 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
