This service provides resource to help support and maintain day-to-day business systems, and work as technical experts on project delivery approved by the relevant governance process. The business areas or systems supported include:

All members of University staff are eligible to use this service upon request and provision of funds.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We aim to respond to service requests within one working day and to resolve your query/request within ten working days. If your request is considered to be a priority when triaged by our IT Support Centre, the response time will be adjusted accordingly.


This service is available 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
