Remedy Training
What is Remedy?
Remedy (also known as the 'Action Request System') is used to log and track support calls throughout IT services. It is also used to book and manage staff leave/absence.

- Navigate to the relevant course listing from the StaffNet Training & Development pages and see the associated Course Guides, or;
- Browse the Course Guides Library.
Accessing Remedy
- To recieve a login for Remedy you will need to request this via: remedy@manchester.ac.uk
- It is not required for you to have your own access to Remedy in order to attend training.
