Campus Solutions Training
What is Campus Solutions?
Campus Solutions is the student administration system used here at the University of Manchester. It is used to process the full student lifecycle; from admissions, to student records, all the way through to graduation. It also holds student financial information (although this aspect is maintained by the Student Services Centre only). Students themselves are also able to access parts of their own records via an interface of Campus Solutions known as Student SelfService.

To access course materials and training guides, either:
- Navigate to the relevant course listing from the StaffNet Training & Development pages and see the associated Course Guides, or;
- Browse the Course Guides Library.

- For Student Records related queries, the Student Systems Office (SSO) are there to help you. You can email them at: cs.records@manchester.ac.uk
- For Admissions related queries, contact the Student Admissions office at: cs.admissions@manchester.ac.uk
Accessing Campus Solutions
- To request access to Campus Solutions, you will need to submit a BAS Access Request.
- You do not need to have your own access to Campus Solutions in order to attend training.
