CALL INFORMATION / TIGER REPORTS

Cost and Call Summaries are produced by the Tiger Reporting System.

A Departmental Cost Summary listing totals for your department's extensions is produced on the first Saturday of every month and is sent to the person/persons responsible for checking and recharging telephone usage (this doesn't necessarily have to be the TLO).

If you need an itemised summary for an extension, you can request a Call Detail report by emailing diane.lear@manchester.ac.uk with an explanation of the intended use, (e.g. for re-charge purposes or suspected abuse). Please note, however, additional authorisation may be required from Human Resources due to the Data Protection Act.

These reports can be posted or emailed to you in various formats to suit your requirements.

TIGER REPORT VIEWER

For your PC to read reports emailed in Tiger format you will need to download the Tiger Report Viewer. Alternatively the software is also available from the Telecoms Office.
