Call Forwarding/Diverting

Call forwarding diverts your incoming calls to another extension or to your mailbox.

The main two types are "Variable" and "Busy or No Answer"

  1. "Variable" Call Forward - diverts all calls without the phone ringing.
  2. "Busy or No Answer" Call Forward - diverts calls after six rings or straightaway if the phone is in use.

These two call forward types have also been broken down into the individual types allowing you to redirect to a different extension for each component part.
