            <title>Remedy Service Desk schema now available</title>

            <description>Remedy is now back up and running and the Service Desk schema is now fully accessible, though should still be considered at risk until notified otherwise.  &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Full service has been restored with no data loss.  Email addresses that had been temporarily diverted away from Remedy are now in the process of being reinstated.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Calls that have been submitted to Remedy since Thursday will need to be worked through systematically, so there will be a period of catch-up before normal turnover is resumed.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Many thanks for your patience and co-operation during this time.&lt;br /&gt;

            <title>Livelink Unavailable</title>

            <description>Upon Restore after this mornings RFC 4391 and 4394, the Livelink File store has become unavailable. &lt;br /&gt;
Livelink will be unavailable until this is rectified. Further updates will be posted here.&lt;br /&gt;

- UPDATE 12.45 Livelink is still unavailable. The Infrastructure &amp; Operations team are currently working on this.&lt;br /&gt;

            <title>Remedy System Update</title>

            <description>We are still experiencing problems with &lt;br /&gt;
access to Remedy and we have a technical &lt;br /&gt;
team working on a resolution.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Unfortunately access to Remedy will not &lt;br /&gt;
be restored today.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Next update will be provided on Monday &lt;br /&gt;
(14 May 2012).&lt;br /&gt;

            <title>Remedy is currently unavailable</title>

            <description>The planned creation of archive tables &lt;br /&gt;
in Remedy (RFC 4383) is causing &lt;br /&gt;
unexpected database timeouts.  This has &lt;br /&gt;
rendered the service temporarily &lt;br /&gt;
unavailable for Remedy users.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Web submissions from end users will &lt;br /&gt;
still be accepted into the system &lt;br /&gt;
without issue.  &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
As were are out of hours and the service &lt;br /&gt;
is already highlighted as ‘at risk’ &lt;br /&gt;
during the implementation of this RFC, &lt;br /&gt;
the process will be left to run its &lt;br /&gt;
course.&lt;br /&gt;

            <title>Core router upgrade - 15th May 2012</title>

            <description>Subject to RFC approval, we will be performing some routine maintenance and resiliency improvements to the one of the core campus routers. The work will begin at 7.45am on May 15th 2012 and should take between 5 and 10minutes. During that time, the following will have no network access (wired and wireless):&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- all buildings on the western side of Oxford Road on South Campus, as far south as Whitworth Art Gallery and as far north as the Precinct Centre. This will include AQA, but exclude MBS West and Harold Hankins&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- all users on the 'CSIST' vlan, across the entire campus&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- dental school site within Manchester Science Park (Williams House)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In addition, the phone system within the Denmark Road building will also be affected - landline calls will not be possible during the work.&lt;br /&gt;
