If your IT equipment develops a fault, the process of getting it repaired depends on whether the equipment was purchased from either University or personal funds and of course if it is still under the original warranty. The sections below detail the options available for each method of purchase.

University IT equipment

If any of your IT equipment develops a fault report the problem to the IT Service Desk or telephone 0161 306 5544

Your personal PC (staff and students)
