Forgotten Your Password?
If you forget your password you will need to go back into the IT Account Manager (this is how you signed up for a computer account in the first place).
You will then need to enter your 'information recovery' details which will allow you to retrieve your computer account details including your password.
If you haven't chosen to record your 'information recovery' details, you will have to present your student identity card at one of the local IT Service Desks and a new password will be set for you.
