A service which provides a secure pull printing, copying and scanning facility to the University email system for staff and students.

  • Pay for printing via the ePayments system


All members of University staff and students are eligible to use this service as well as visitors who have a valid login account.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We aim to respond to service requests within one working day and to resolve your query/request within ten working days. If your request is considered to be a priority when triaged by our IT Support Centre, the response time will be adjusted accordingly.


Access to the service is available 24/7 with an availability of 99.7%
