WinOS image engineering

This service provides the standard build and configuration, including branding and restrictive/ compliant configuration of the University Windows 7 managed desktop image to ensure consistency for staff and students.


  • Development and build of Managed Desktop Standard Operating System
  • Consistency of the Windows Operating System configurations across the University


All members of University staff and students are eligible to use this service.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We aim to respond to service requests within one working day and to resolve your query/request within ten working days. If your request is considered to be a priority when triaged by our IT Support Centre, the response time will be adjusted accordingly.


This service is available 24/7 with an availability of 99.7%.

8pm – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
