Telephone services

We offer a range of telephony services across the University to ensure colleagues are able to communicate easily via phone, access voicemail and create pick-up groups where appropriate.


  • Voicemail
  • Telephony equipment and moves
  • Telephone Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
  • Managing faults
  • Creating and managing pick-up and hunt groups
  • Managing new sockets and new numbers


Any members of University staff who require a telephone with an extension number are eligible for this service.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We aim to respond and to resolve your query/request within five working days. The response time will be adjusted accordingly, dependent on the scale of the request.


This service is available 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
