Document and information sharing

Web-based tools for online collaboration, information and document sharing. Information can be shared internally and externally, with varying levels of security available depending on requirements.

Eligibility

All members of University staff and postgraduate research students are eligible to use this service.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We aim to respond to service requests within one working day and to resolve your query/request within ten working days. If your request is considered to be a priority when triaged by our IT Support Centre, the response time will be adjusted accordingly.

Availability

The service is available 24/7.

Support hours

10am – 4pm, Monday to Friday, with coverage for escalation from 8am – 5pm. Excludes closed days for the University and Bank Holidays.

How to request/access

The service should be requested via the SharePoint Support Hub.
