Secure external collaboration

This service uses Dropbox Business to provide a secure, cloud-based file sharing and synchronisation tool for internal and external collaboration. It makes it easy to share files securely with people from outside the University and to drop off files internally.

  • Unlimited storage, version and deletion history
  • Compatible with Windows, Mac, iOS, Linux and Android


All members of University staff and Postgraduate Research students are eligible to use this service.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We aim to respond to service requests within one working day and to resolve your query/request within ten working days. If your request is considered to be a priority when triaged by our IT Support Centre, the response time will be adjusted accordingly.


This service is available 8am – 10pm, Monday to Saturday.

Support hours

8am – 6pm, Monday to Friday.
