Support for University events

This service offers support provided by IT Services for events hosted by the University.


  • IT support at events such as registration, graduation and youth games etc.


All members of University staff are eligible to use this service.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We aim to respond to service requests within one working day and to resolve your query/request within ten working days. If your request is considered to be a priority when triaged by our IT Support Centre, the response time will be adjusted accordingly.


This service is available throughout the year when the University is open.

Support hours

9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
