Office 365 is the email and calendar service provided to all of our undergraduate and postgraduate taught students.

  • Sending and receiving of emails
  • Scheduling and notification of meetings and appointments
  • Access to University address book, stored email, calendar and associated data on a variety of platforms including mobile devices

Eligibility

All undergraduate and postgraduate taught students at the University are eligible to use this service.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We aim to respond to service requests within one working day and to resolve your query/request within ten working days. If your request is considered to be a priority when triaged by our IT Support Centre, the response time will be adjusted accordingly.

Availability

This service is available 24/7, availability estimated at 99.9%.

Support hours

8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
