System access management

This service allows users access to specific business systems that are required for their role.


  • Allows users to request and remove access to business systems when the appropriate controls have been met
  • Access is for systems such as Campus Solutions, Resourcelink, Oracle CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, Pure, Blackboard etc


All University staff and students are eligible for this service as well as any additional third-parties who have been allocated a University IT account.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We aim to respond to service requests within one working day and to resolve your query/request within ten working days. If your request is considered to be a priority when triaged by our IT Support Centre, the response time will be adjusted accordingly.


This service is available 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
