Password management

The management and maintenance of passwords to allow access to University systems.

  • Reset your University password for most University systems
  • Oracle and Discoverer passwords can be reset by contacting the IT Support Centre
  • IT Services also enforce password policy

Eligibility

All University staff and students are eligible for this service as well as any additional third-parties who have been allocated a University IT account.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We aim to respond to service requests within one working day and to resolve your query/request within ten working days. If your request is considered to be a priority when triaged by our IT Support Centre, the response time will be adjusted accordingly.

Availability

Passwords can be reset through the IT Account Manager which is available 24/7:

9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
