Bespoke account maintenance

Certain faculty systems are maintained by third-party contracts. In some cases a University IT account is required to allow remote access for third-parties. These accounts are created as role accounts and do not contain the personal details of specific individuals.


  • Approve remote access accounts in User Registration System
  • Customisation of user accounts


Specific members of University IT Services staff are eligible to use this service.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We aim to respond to service requests within one working day and to resolve your query/request within ten working days. If your request is considered to be a priority when triaged by our IT Support Centre, the response time will be adjusted accordingly.


This service is available 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
