ARS - Introduction
The ARS team are proud to announce the new schema ITS:Servicedesk.
This schema will initially be used for the IT Services Division and the Faculty IS Departments for incident reporting, logging and closure.
The New ITS:ServiceDesk Schema
Vast improvements have been made to the ARS system. These include:
- Automated user details
- Clear incident history information
- Better interaction with the users
- Clear and less cluttered interface
In order to access the new schema you will need to use the ITS:Control Panel. This can be accessed by clicking on the first icon in the tool bar or by going to File, Open and choosing the ITS:Control Panel schema from the list.

Accessing the ARS
You can access the ARS through the Client which can be found in the Downloads Section or through the Web Client
