The Platform Delivery Managers take over from the Strategic Demand Managers once demand has been approved by the relevant governance group.

Platform Delivery Managers look after the design, development, and delivery phase. They ensure the right people within IT Services are involved in developing your requirements further. They prioritise, schedule and deliver solutions in line with requirements.
